I’m joining some very talented ladies and sharing outdoor fall inspiration today as part of The Happy Housie’s Seasonal Simplicity Series! I’m going to be sharing my fall porch, but don’t miss the rest of the inspiring spaces everyone else is sharing down below!
Hey Everyone! Fall is definitely in full swing here in Massachusetts. The leaves are already turning a vibrant assortment of colors – and it seems to be happening much earlier than usual this year. In the last week, we’ve gone apple picking, baked pie, and drove around on a few sunny afternoons, windows down, just to see the pretty foliage.
I’ve said it so many times, but I love the seasons in New England. Each one is so different, and I’m always so excited for the little adventures they each offer for a few short months before they disappear again.
On our fall bucket list this week, is going hiking, making apple butter, and doing a corn maze. Oh, and I should also probably add getting started on some yard clean up to that. August and September were so busy, and the weeds and overgrown plants are out. of. control. around here.
But at least the porches look pretty!
This year, I decided to keep to a palette of mauves and burgundy, similar to last year’s fall porch, but then I also added in a little bit of peachy-pink to kind of flow into the decor that I have going on inside the house. (If you missed my fall house tour last week you can find it here)
I also added a few fall touches to our little side porch – my favorite place to hide out every once in awhile when the girls are being cray, lol.
I hope you find something that inspires you as you scroll through the photos! Happy fall decorating!
And that’s about it! Wishing you all a wonderful rest of your week. And don’t forget to check out all of the other beautiful fall posts below!
XO, Laura
