Hey Guys! I can’t believe we’re just a couple of weeks away from it officially being summer! It’s actually been freezing here the last few days and it hasn’t felt AT ALL summery, but I’ve slowly been making some changes around the house that I’m excited to share with all of you in the next couple of weeks, as part of The Happy Housie’s Seasonal Simplicity Series. And I also have some super fun client project reveals coming up, if all of the backordered items that my clients and I are waiting on, ever come in! The covid inventory craziness continues!

But today, I’m super excited to be joining Krista, and some of my other blogging friends, to share our summer mantel decorating ideas with you. Don’t forget to check out all of the beautiful inspo everyone is sharing down below too. Here’s a sneak peek!

As I was getting my ‘mantel’ ready to photograph (super last minute) the other day, I actually broke the frame for that artwork that you see in the photo above. I was supposed to have my image sent out that afternoon, so I booked it to Target to get a new frame, got home, replaced the frame, took a photo and sent it off to Krista, and then ended up finding some artwork in my basement that I liked better for summer! So the frantic rush to Target ended up being totally unnecessary (insert eye roll emoji here). But I did grab a latte on the way, so I guess it wasn’t a total loss, lol. And now I’m kind of accidentally sharing my mantel styled two different ways! ‘Look 1’ is up above, featuring artwork from one of my favorite artists, and ‘look 2’ continues below! I’m digging the vintage vibes the new art lends, and I’ve actually had the artwork above out for so long, that a change feels really nice.
